Went well. The technician Gidi some trouble shooting, fixed hinge, track and replaced sensor within an hour. He was very professional and helpful with understanding the problem and the solution.

They were really fantastic. I don't remember the price but it did not stick out to me as unfair.

Called signature Garage Doors & Gate repairs and set up a appointment for a second opinion. They came out (they did reschedule the first appointment saying they had an emergency) and determined that the problem had nothing to do with the expensive control panel, rather it was a part in the arm that need replacement. The total cost was only $195. So pretty amazing considering the first company said it was a $1,100 job!

I contacted Signature for their quote on a replacement gate motor. They insisted on inspecting the gate and existing machinery before quoting a replacement. The next morning they were at our building, did a thorough inspection of the old motor, which was on its last leg, and recommended options. We had a quote by the end of the day. Later in the week, they installed a new All-o-matic gate operator. They showed up on time, installed the machinery and tuned and adjusted the gate. It has never worked as well as it does now. Excellent work.

Discussed by phone with the vendor what was to be included in the service and determined it was not what I expected or wanted. I was able to get a full refund prior to the start of any work.

I called Signature Garage Doors Inc. on Sunday evening and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. The technician made a special effort to arrive in time  to replace the springs and balance the door  for me to make a 10 AM appointment. Five stars all around.

Uzi showed up early and did a professional job.  He quoted me prices for items I inquired about but did not pressure me for further work.  I was very pleased wit this company.

it was falling down.  Repeated calls to that original contractor went unreturned!
Fortunately, we were able to get our cars out of the garage and they stayed on the street that night.  BUT THE DOOR WAS DOWN, even if non-functional at this time.  It was a VERY HOT night -- and my wife and i were just glad we could get someone out that same evening to help us.  Ralph was a wonderful workman.  He explained exactly why the door had failed and half-way collapsed.  It was not the door it self (which I had paid $900 for) but the supporting springs and structures, which that installer should have noticed and replaced.
Ralph and his brother-in-law returned the next day.  (A two-man job.)  Earlier than the appointment and completely REHABED the supporting structures and FIXED OUR GARAGE DOOR!  Warranted for a year, but unlikely it will be coming down anytime in the next 10 years minimum!  
Everyone knows how had it is to get RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL help when you need it.  The owner reassured me when I was at first panicked and skeptical that they could get someone out that night.  He told me YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS!  And was that true!  It was actually 8:00p.m before Ralph started and 9;30p.m. when he left to drive an hour back to his home in CHATSWORTH -- at least one hours drive.

Since the door was in good shape there was little for him to do but lubricate it.  He indicated that my torsion spring probably had a couple of years of life left in them which sounded about right based on when they were last replaced...

Contacted Signature Garage Doors for service on two garage doors.  The representative I chatted with prior to purchasing the special was very nice and helped instruct me that I needed to purchase 2 specials since there were 2 doors to be serviced.  After the purchase she was very helpful in scheduling an appointment quickly.  The service technician serviced the doors and they work better now than when they were new.  My only criticism is that at the time of the service I felt like I was being made to feel guilty for purchasing the special and that they loose money on those.  Not sure if it was meant to make me feel like I got a good deal but I was a little take aback.  Overall the experience was great except for that and I would use Signature again for my next service.

 All went well untilI I was told that the door opener was not capable of opening the new Motor Lift and that a new one plus remotes would have to be purchased. This was a suprise that I was not expecting. I felt it should have been advertised in the "Big Deal" as something that might be needed. The guys also had trouble programming the new remotes.They were working when they completed the job; but not when I went to use it an hour later. I promptly called the company and the owner was here first thing next morning and corrected the problem which has not occured since.
 The owner was very concerned that I was not happy with the previous day's work and made sure everything went smootly before he left. Because of him I would recommend this company as he obviously cares that a job is done right.
