Great work from locksmith! Fixed the lock on the back gate without having to rekey it. Fixed the lock on the front gate, again without having to rekey it. Explained the work he was going to do so that we understood why/how the locks broke. Locksmith was professional, on time, and efficient. And the price was fair.

The doors had old heavy duty Yale locks, so they had to find special parts in order to convert them. I was kept informed every step of the way. Ernesto did an excellent job, and is very nice. He even had to adjust the frame on one of the doors. Stephanie kept me informed throughout the process. Just want to thank them. The cost was due to obtaining the right parts and frame repair.

All well but lower lock on front door a little loose. Still secure though. Showed up on time and reasonable price.

Nick and his team are fast, thorough, and very professional. There have been times when we call for urgent and emergency jobs and Secure LA Lock & Safe have always come through with the utmost expertise and knowledge. We will definitely use them in the future!

It went great. I called Nick at 8:45am and left a message, and he called me back a few minutes later. Ernesto was here an hour later - he replaced 7 locks on 6 doors. Quick, efficient and friendly - was done in a little over an hour. Also provided us with 7 keys.

EXCELLENT. Really nice, professional service! He is very interested in quality workmanship. He, also, wants to keep your costs as reasonable as possible. I would only suggest he call before his scheduled arrival time if he will be late. It happens to all of us late in the day in LA.

This was a great experience.  since it was not an emergency I planned to set up an appointment the following day, but Nick had one of his locksmiths, Ernesto, come over 45 minutes later and he did a splendid job.  Punctual, friendly, & reasonable.  Nick also called me to follow up how everything went.  Smart business practice.  Would definitely use them again.

Ernesto was very professional and courteous and right on time.  He  checked out the safe unjammed it and replaced it with a new safe that I bought.

Have a metal security door on my duplex, that when closed was so loud it disturbed the tenants whose bedroom was next to it. I have tried and considered several different solutions from dampening it to replacing it, and I now wanted to try putting a door closer on it, so it would close softly each time.
I discussed it with Nick and he seemed like he had the solution.
We scheduled to meet between 10 and 11am today (6/15/15).
He contacted my as I requested before he came over and was promptly on time. He discussed the different ways he could attach the closer, including  the pros and cons of each, and I went with his recommendation.
He was a real craftsman in attending to the details of the job, which also included some welding, and also replaced the latch on the door so it worked perfectly.
I also had him look at the latch on my front door (1930's duplex) because it is getting old, and he suggested things he could do to fix it when the time comes. (my other locksmith doesn't know old locks, so I'm glad I now have someone I can trust)
Overall,his price was good and fair, I am very happy with his work, and will recommend him to friends.
After dealing with many contractors that never even call back, Nick's customer service was great.

This took two visits, and full disclosure the ultimate cost was closer to $200 but both of those were due to problems encountered while using the Angies List Snap Fix feature on the iphone App. Angies List poorly communicated what I needed to the company, who came out not realizing the extent of work required. Nick was very responsive and when we resolved everything through Angies List customer support, Nick personally came back out to make sure the job was done and done right. 
Very fast, punctual and professional. The only negative issues I had were the fault of Angies List and not the provider. Would happily reach out to again. 

I went through the same thing about a year before and called Secure then as well. I lost a key and had to have all the locks and deadbolts on the house re keyed. I called Secure LA Lock & Safe and Nick came out promptly to do the job. He was, just as before, very pleasant to deal with and got everything re keyed in no time. I hope this won't become a yearly event but will have no problem calling him again if I need to.
