An heirloom though not very expensive, three diamonds were purchase by my grandfather, then made into a ring by my father over half a century ago. I'll always recall my dad wearing it before giving it to me. However a month ago, the ring fell on hard ceramic tile, and a piece chipped out of one of the diamonds. Through the web, I research jewelry repair shops. Seemed Sam's was tops.
Sure enough, they were very kind and very reasonable. I was surprised not only be how great the replacement diamond looked, but the whole polished ring! There was some very slight confusion over taxes, but Sam was extremely professional working this out; the manner in which he handled this helps ensure my future business!
