I went because of his stellar reviews. When I went, he was very nice, but they weren't quite as professional as I would have hoped. He replaced the shocks with after-market parts instead of OEM, and at about the same price as a shop that was closer to my home. I wasn't thrilled with the service and environment, but the second time I came, he did do his best to attempt to please me. He convinced me it wasn't a good idea to spend the premium on the OEM parts. I gave him another shot by calling and asking about replacing the brakes and rotors with OEM parts I purchased. He recommended against it, because he wouldn't warranty the service. I decided not to go back.
