5 minutes ago Wood was purchased for new wood flooring from this company at the end of March 2022. Now the wood flooring is filled with WOOD BEETLES, confirmed by three different experts. The larvae of wood beetles takes 2 years to hatch, so according to the experts, what we are seeing is right on target. Our floors are being eaten from the inside out, as the larvae lives within the wood, and begins to eat it once they hatch. We have attempted to reach out to come to a resolution - discounted product as our flooring needs to now be replaced. The company has refused to deal with us. We are not only going to be required to pay for the installation of new wood flooring, but we are going to have to pay full price for the product too. It only seems fair that the company bear some of the burden as they supplied the contaminated wood to us. They need to take up whatever problems they have in that regard with their supplier. It is completely unacceptable that the business would take the attitude that this is OUR problem. We spent thousands of dollars for new wood flooring and was sold wood contaminated with beetles. While we realize this is bad luck, the cost of remediation deserves to be spread instead of just sticking it to us. Owner refuses to return phone calls or take any responsibility. BEWARE!! Buy your flooring somewhere else. Shameful!!

I was so happy to work this company and would recommend them in a heart beat. The price was so affordable and the customer service was impeccable. They were good about keeping their word and they were very detailed about what I wanted as a customer. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are awesome.

We were quoted floor leveling and installation would take a total of 5 business days. Work began on 12/4/05. They were to level and install bamboo flooring for a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, office, hall and laundry room. We had to leave our home for 2 nights. Once the floor was installed we found many gaps between boards, creaks, areas under door jams were cut too short, glue in areas, and damage to walls due to sloppy installation of base boards. They returned to repair areas with severe gaps, in this process they had to remove the tongues to allow new boards to fit in areas that were located in the middle of rooms. As a result of replacing boards they scratched deeply into the surrounding boards on the floor. It also turns out the floor was not leveled properly. As of 3/28/07 they refuse to fix existing problems of raised boards, deep scratches and gaps betweens boards. They are not abiding by their own warranty. We have a floor that no other flooring company will repair.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. I WAS IMPRESSED BY THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. IT TOOK THEM APPROXIMATELY 4-5 HOURS. NEW PADDING WAS PUT IN AND THE OLD WAS HAULED AWAY.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. MY FLOORS WERE COMPLETELY INSTALLED IN 2 DAYS. TO INCLUDE THE EXISTING CARPETING REMOVED AND HAULED. THE FLOORS ARE ALMOST LIKE LOOKING IN A MIRROR. YOU CAN SEE YOURSELF. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
