They are an excellent company.  Reliable and trustworthy.  Chris the owner goes above and beyond.  He came out to the property multiple times before we committed to using them.

Ken made several visits to the house.  He was on time for appointments and came when he said he would.  He worked well with the carpenter that repaired the wood.  I was very pleased with the job.  He also replaced the gutters.

Things went pretty well and I would use them again.

Chris Kim provided a written estimate at the first meeting, then came back two days later so we could choose shingles and sign the contract. Work commenced the following Monday on time. The crew removed all potted plants and garden furniture from the patios and covered all plants surrounding the house. They removed the existing roof down to the sheathing, cleaned and hauled away all roof debris. It rained unexpectedly off and on for several days. They immediately covered the roof with a tarp and as soon as the weather permitted installed new plywood, applied felt, sheet metal around roof edge and installed the shingles. They also resealed and painted the vents. Chris Kim regularly checked on his very professional and friendly crew. Upon completion the crew put back the potted plants and furniture and cleaned up everything. Finally, Chris also checked the neighbors roof to ensure no debris had fallen on their roof or in the gutters. We are very pleased. The roof looks great.

I checked Roof Master based on high rating here on Angie's List. Also, Roof Master Company was close to my residential rental property. I visited Mr. Kim company to set-up an appointment for an estimate. (I got lost during my visit to his company due to company sign was not display on front building). He showed up good (20) minutes before our appointment. He inspected our roof and tapped roof by his shoe and he recommended new roof. He was very professional! His estimated price was competitive and he never accept my deposit. Written cost estimate associated with preparing the roof including a listing of the materials that will be used and the manufacturer's warranties, as well as the the costs of city permits and clean up. The crew was very fast and efficient! They know what they were doing. This contractor was the right fit for me. I was very comfortable with him someone with excellent references, a proven track record and expertise.

As far as I can tell the work was done correctly. There have been no problems and I am pleased with the service. The price was reasonable and the workers were professional. I would recommend this company to other people.

These guys did an amazing job. We thought maybe we could do most of the work ourselves, but we were told if you do not do a hot mop roof correctly, then you could have leaks. We definitely chose the right roofers for the job. They were very polite and very hard workers. They showed us exactly what they were doing during the project. They did not ever waste any time. They were always very busy. We were pleased with how fast they had the job done. We have noticed no leaks at all.

Owner was prompt and wanted to determine what was needed to get the work done.

It was fine service. They were prompt and efficient. They did not address that one of the down spouts goes right into a planter, and they water does not go outside of the planter. He did say that I should get something to divert it, but I do not understand why he didn't do that so I didn't have to deal with that.
