It's a very clean and modern facility with first class care. They were very responsive to my birth plan and the nurses were very friendly and warm. Their billing was very fair and accurate.

Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center have a very good system. They are very competent. The nursing staff are confident, friendly, and communicate well. They make you feel comfortable and safe. It's a huge medical complex and they've centralized the appointment and communication system. You can not talk to your doctor's office directly. Sometimes it's very frustrating because you're just a number compared to when you use a practitioner with their own staff so they get to know you. They are responsive but there is no relationship. That to me is a difficulty because communicating to try to get an appointment, to get a follow up, or to have a medical record sent is impossible. I've been trying for two weeks to get a medical record.

I arrived early for the CT scan, and then a minor procedure of which required some sedation. All of the staff from the LVN to RN to residents and interns were very friendly and explained thoroughly what they were going to do to make me feel at ease. At all times, they were checking for any pain or any adverse reactions. Overall the setting was clean, comfortable and friendly and helpful staff

I would rate the emergency room services of Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center a D for overall experience. I would only use them again in the future because I have to - they are part of my insurance. But I wouldn't recommend them.

They are ranked No. 1 in the country. They are good and I don't have to wait a long time.

It is a terrible place. I was there just a few days before they moved into their new quarters and it was a total disarray and the nurses were in an awful mood. It was just a horrible experience.
