Again, the same as above. She helped me clear my garage, organized it and helped me confront throwing away a lot of junk.
I wouldn't hesitate using her again. She was fantastic! And so patient.

I contacted her and as soon as she could fit it into her schedule, she came and worked for 4 hours and got a lot done and conceptualized what else needed to be done. Then she came back several times until it was all done.

"Thanks for the great review ! As my business has grown, so have my rates - I'm currently $40-$50 an hour. Happy to help any time you need a hand."

In getting ready to stage our condo for our first open house, we asked Pat to come in and help us out. Pat was prompt, came in and hit the ground running. She was amazingly quick, meticulous and impressively professional. She did a PHENOMENAL job of getting the place to sparkle. I don't think the condo ever looked so clean. Hiring her was a great investment. Her rates are so reasonable, esp. for how much she goes above and beyond. She gave us ideas for how to stage the place and helped us get it ready for the open house. The showing was a huge success and we had multiple offers that day. We could not have pulled it off without her help. We would recommend her for any job, and look forward to working with her again.

Quite some years ago I used Patricia to help my husband and I move into our new home in San Marino. We were out-of-state at the time and bought the house sight-unseen. The house had gorgeous "bones" but was filthy and neglected. Was overwhelmed with the long-distance move and didn't want to arrive to a pit. Patricia took charge and made it livable from the moment we arrived until we could begin remodeling. Was so grateful. I have no doubt she handles all areas of her business with as much care and I can't recommend her highly enough.

Pat Caldwell is the most reliable person you will ever meet. In the 4 years I have known her, she has been coming to my home (she has a key now), and cheerfully making sense of all the statements, notes, computer glitches, and tax needs that a busy working couple's life generates. We can therefore just look at reports and move forward, knowing all our data is correct, bills are paid, etc. What a great feeling! She is punctual, thoughtful, and creative. She's a good listener, I find she will take in a concern or situation, distill it for a bit, and then she may offer a well thought out approach or solution. As sticky as money can be with any two people, she has an ability to offer a neutral, common sense business solution to almost any problem or concern.
If I had to leave the country suddenly, there's no doubt in my mind that I could call Pat and she could get me moved, keep the household bills afloat, comparison shop movers, and type me a detailed inventory of every item in storage. It's just the way she thinks. She's extremely resourceful and stays very current in terms of technology and how to use it.
Pat takes responsibility for whatever situation she is in and is always respectful and upbeat. She's a great asset.

Basically, I showed up, got married, then had a ball at our reception, which is rare, for everyone i know who have gotten married and held a large wedding can't recall anything other than being occupied with the running of the event. Not us. Patricia was invisible and omnipotent.

I contacted Pat through a friend's recommendation. My roomate had moved out of the apartment and I was going to stay there and keep it as my own. After having been there for 5 years with a roommate I really wanted to make it my own.
Originally, I thought Pat would just help me organize and move things around the place to get a fresh look. But Pat had great ideas, not only for organizing, but also changing up the look of the place.
Like a lot of single gentleman in their late 30s I had stuff all over the place in a fairly haphazard "here's a good place for this" style. Pat helped my change the entire look of my place with helping me find just a few choice pieces of furniture to really make the apartment shine.
Not only that but she had such great ideas when we were brainstorming together she helped my pick out some simple repainting ideas that changed a fairly dank room into a great open workable space. Pat even found some painters to help finish the work once I felt overwhelmed by the prospect of a DIY situation.
