R&D PLUMBING

It went really well. They beat the quote from another plumber, which was great. They're going to be doing another job for us and they came out lower on that estimate as well. They come out and take care of us right away. Nelson, the supervisor, called me right away last week and talked about what was needed, then got the estimate right out. They were efficient, on time, and very quick.

He was punctual but I did not know they charged by the fixture and not on a time basis.

We manage about 20 units in West Los Angeles and have used R and D for years. They have always been responsive, nice and have availability. Their price is not the cheapest we have found, but certainly no where near what we have been charged by other plumbers out of the area for similar work. They are not perfect, and have made some errors, but always willing to quickly respond and make it right - without a complaint. These guys are great.

This service was terrific. We were very concerned that we had water dripping from ceiling. They located the leak (from a pinhole size leak) and cleaned al around the area so as to not have mold form. We have been letting it air out for some time. They covered all furniture and rugs and were very methodical and careful. I know the family as their children were my students. They are exemplary!

Perfect. They arranged a time that same day, showed up on time , determined the problem and fixed it.
We have used Rand D Plumbing for over 30 years for various plumbing and hot water heater issues as well as a bathroom remodel. They always accommodate our work schedule and come when they say they will (once late at night when there was an emergency). Their prices are fair and reasonable. This is a family business and they take pride in their work. I wouldn't use any other plumber!

Overall, the work went well and the job was completed in three hours. Because tile needed to be removed before installing fixtures in one bathroom, this slowed down the process. Rand D brought in a tile man who cut away some tiles as cleanly as possible to allow access to the plumbing behind the wall. (The tile man later returned to restore the tiles in place.) The men did a professional job, including cleaning up after the work was done. Rand D has been to our home for other jobs in the past, and we will continue to use this organization.

Just fine - I had already bought the disposal at Home Depot a couple of months ago figuring the one I had was about to gakk. It did - I called R and D, they responded promptly, sent a couple of guys out the next day. They installed it - I paid them - Story over.

Made the appointment on Weds for Friday morning, friendly staff. Appointment was for between 8-9am and he showed up just before 8. He was friendly and pleasant and unclogged what he called a "stubborn" drain in about 15 mins for $75. Well worth it.

I've been using them for a long time. They came on time (as always), worked quickly, tested the toilet several times to ensure it worked and cleaned up the mess. They are polite and meticulous. I have an old house so we've had many plumbing problems, they've always fixed the problem quickly.

This was the first time I had ever used this company. They were on time, were accommodating and cleaned up after themselves. Three guys came and it took them about six hours to do the work.
