Thank you to those who have reviewed Randall before, it helped me decide! Randall is an excellent plumber who speaks in plain language, checks in every step of the way to make sure you are satisfied. Clearly very experienced, honest and fair with prices (I didn't even use the coupon!). Clean and neat. Wish I could find other contractors like him.

Very well and very satisfied. I waited 2 weeks to test everything out and everything has been great. Randall was very responsive to all my requests, helpful with his insight on what is possible and how to make things better, did not pressure me to get any work done. He gave me the best quoted price. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, clean, and so easy to work with. Always punctual and did everything he said he would. I trusted him and it was well placed. I highly recommend him.

It was pretty good service. He was very honest. All around it was really good. He's busy so he gets back as soon as he can. I recommend them.

Randy is amazing! He's just a stand-up human. He's a skilled professional with knowledge and experience that helps when facing plumbing problems that need creative solutions. I contacted Randall based on his reviews. I called him and we talked for a long while. He provided a lot of insight over the phone, explained what I had to do, and I was able to go to Home Depot and understand exactly what my choices were for garbage disposals.  The My upstairs toilet was in terrible condition; it had always moved around a lot which I knew was bad, and was a really messy job. The new one that Randall installed works perfectly.
Randall was professional, courteous, and did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. Although I gave the Price category an 'A', his time was not inexpensive. However, he got stuck in traffic while picking up the new toilet and deducted the time from my bill, which was really great of him.

Randall had to cancel last-minute on our first appointment due to a major plumbing emergency at an apartment that he'd worked on in past, which was a bummer, but other than that he was the best plumber ever. He charged by the hour and was very clear up front with costs, which is extremely rare among plumbers. He apologized repeatedly for canceling first appointment & was friendly and efficient in doing the work at our house, plus responded well and with lots of information to my questions about other potential plumbing issues. He knows how to deal with old pipes (our house was built in the 1930s). Will be hiring him again in a heartbeat for any future issues on our house.

Randall took care of our plumbing problems more than once; professional, efficient, honest and well mannered. He came on  a Sunday, same pricing, very pleased!

He was polite, informative, efficient and seemed very honest. He cleaned the area once the job was done. We will certainly turn to him again for any plumbing needs.

Wonderful, he was fair, and he fixed my plumbing. The other plumber said I would have to have a tree removed, and would be 5000 dollars. Instead he told me that the water was re-routed to another spot, and the tree was not even involved. He was here less than an hour.

Randall was awesome. He was on time and very friendly. He took care of multiple plumbing issues including; changing out the shower fixture in my 90 year old original tiled bathroom without damaging any of the original work. He changed out a bathtub fixture and also took care of a toiled problem. I have already used him again since this for another plumbing issue. He was professional and he kept the rest of the house extremely clean while doing his work. I recommend Randall to my friends. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

Randy is our go-to guy for plumbing issues.  You can count on him to do the right thing and steer you in the right direction. His business motto is "Quality Integrity Craftmanship" and that best describes his personality and work. One of our tenant's bathtubs starting leaking a lot of water late at night and because there are no shut-off valves for that particular bathtub, it was either let it gush all night and waste a lot of water or turn off the water to the entire building, which wasn't a practical option.  Here's why Randy is our go-to guy:
1.  Took my call right away.
2.  Talked me through some troubleshooting issues.
3.  We were able to adjust the valve to slow the leak down somewhat.
Randy fit us into his schedule early the next morning, replaced the cartridge on the bathtub faucet and we were good to go.
He treats us like his most valued client even though we really don't need to use his services much anymore because he's upgraded most of our plumbing and it's now in such good shape!
But there are always emergencies and we appreciate his great service. 

I had a few projects around the house that needed attention, nothing that was an emergency.  I had a few plumbers come out.  
One took notes and said he'd call me with a quote, never never happened!  Second guy also took notes and emailed me a quote.  He bid was incomplete and everything as a stand alone: $110 for this. $500 for that, $225 for the other, yipes!  With Randall he was already here for a major job so gave me a by the hour on the other simpler work, even down to 1/2 hr increments, I thought that was more than fair.
Randal came ON TIME.  He calls when he's on the way, responded to my email.  He's friendly (with out being too familiar).  He's respectful of my time and home and (yes) my budget.  He bid on the work with a very fair rate.  He was super tidy too.
One job in particular was going to be tricky and potentially VERY costly (I knew that from talking to the other two  guys).  Again, one never got back to me with an official bid, but gave me ball-park.  The other gave me a bid as if everything that could go wrong, would go wrong.  Randall gave me a bid and said he would charge me extra ONLY if the project turned nightmarish.  Again, seemed fair. 
I gave the work to him and he was meticulous and it went as good as could be expected with none of the potential pitfalls. He even quickly put in another shutoff valve so we wouldn't be without water for the day (the job took almost the whole day and I have a very busy household, so that was totally appreciated).  
I finally got all the work done by someone I like, respect and trust, wow, doesn't get much better than that!  I will be using him again as needed, I'm done with my search, he's my go-to plumber from now on yippee!

We very highly recommend Randall’s Plumbing because Randy, the owner and main plumber, does very good work, is very reasonably priced, is right on time or will notify you of ever-so slight changes in his schedule that you have allowed him to have, and listens to what you want.  In our experience, it has been very difficult to find honest, trustworthy plumbers that don’t just want to run the prices up in an attempt to seek profit for themselves.  Randall’s Plumbing is not like that!  You will definitely not regret using this company.  They will even come out on Saturday or Sunday if you need them to.
Each project went better than initially estimated.  Randy was very willing to work with us while the project was ongoing to determine the best outcome.
We have one more project that needs finishing up with, to install a faucet in the downstairs bath, which we will have Randy complete when the back-ordered faucet arrives.

First, he does all his own work. No subcontractors or employees. He is upfront, honest, clean, courteous, and priced extremely well! He'll even give you a recommendation if it's something he cant take care of. How's that for a plumber? He will be my first call from now on!

Excellent, Randy's work is top notch and he is very cost conscious. 

He was upfront about our options, time to fix and approximate cost. He was very easy to work with. I've already recommended to my parents and a few friends who live near by.

When you have plumbing problems, it sucks. Randall gets it. He's very responsive, quick to return calls and make appointments. His approach is smart, fast and professional, plus, he's a nice guy. He's also a good communicator - he'll talk with you about the problem, explain what's involved in the solution, knock-it out and be off to his next gig. Highly recommended.

He has been very honest with me and saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend him.
