They are mostly wholesale. No frills warehouse/office front on Melrose near Paramont Pictures. I just happened to be driving by. Very please with my purchase.

Saw their big orange awnings and quot;Raffi Glass Tileand quot; on Melrose near Paramont Pictures. Entered their and quot;no frillsand quot; warehouse/showroom and was given a personal tour. Was told they are mostly wholesale to tile stores, but they do retail a good selection of discontinued items (many .99/sq ft). They took a lot of time walking me around and suggesting options. I ended up buying nothing, but walked away with an armfull of samples. Returned a few days later and loaded my car with enough glass tile for both my kitchen and bath projects. Their and quot;saleand quot; tile is and quot;stock on handand quot; so if you like something, grab it. They do NOT do installation and do not give give contractor referrals. Also, they do not sell from their regular tile line (said I would have to buy through an authorized store). Not a problem since I could not afford anyway.
