WERNER IS A PERFECTIONIST, REHABING FLOORS THAT HAD NOT BEEN REFINISHED IN OVER 50 YEARS AND MAKING THEM LOOK BRAND NEW. HE ALSO INSTALLED NEW FLOORING IN THE NEW AREAS AND MATCHING PERFECTLY WITH THE OLD FLOORING.
