Luis made himself available late on a Friday evening and was prompt. The problem was a little more complicated than I had alluded to, but he was able to figure out the problem the previous owner had created and although it took a bit longer to solve- he honored the price he quoted me on the phone.. He left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. Very fair pricing and clearly a true professional. I will be referring him to all of my friends!
