We called three plumbers on Tuesday morning we got three quotes franks quote was the best and he was available available sooner. the hour. He was appropriate and he looked trustworthy and sincere. He did the job quickly and cleaned after the job was done. I would recommend him to others

Frank returned my late call around 8PM on a Friday night and came out early on Saturday morning. The physical situation was too restricted for him to use his regular drain snake through the drain clean-out from outside, so he had to dismantle the drain trap under the sink and go in through the wall. It took less than 15 minutes before he had the pipes reassembled and the drain working. He was polite, efficient and clean, leaving the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. I was totally impressed and would definitely call him again.

Frank, the owner, came on short notice. He took care of the problem quickly, offered advice on how to take care of the problem in the future, and answered other questions. He gave me a very fair price for the service rendered. I would use him again.

We have had Frank over here several times in thee last 4 years. He has done everything from replaced part of the old main sewer line to the street to fixing the clog in the dishwasher drain. He is our guy. He even referred us to a heating and air conditioning guy he has known soince they were in high school together. Her always comes through.

We called another Plummer out in the morning and they tried snaking the drain after 2 hours they realized that it was too deep and they would need to cut a section of the pipe to get to the clog. This was on a Tuesday and they said that they would not get back to us till Friday. meanwhile, we were told not to use any water in the house till they came back...2 1/2 days without water! Unacceptable! We got on Angie's list and found Frank Alfaro. We called him and he said he would be here within 45 minutes and he was prompt! He came in looked at the job and quoted us a price which was reasonable. He was very professional and got the work done and knew what he was doing which made me feel confident that I had made the right choice by hiring him to do the work. The clog was cleared but a root ball was found in the pipe so he will be returning to dig up the pipe to replace it. We are definitely having him come back to do the work. He arrived within 45 minutes as promised. I had him on the phone with the contractor who was familiar with the plumbing configuration of the house. He snaked a 50 foot line into one of the access points and quickly solved the problem. He tested all the drainage lines to ensure the problem remained solved.

This was an excellent experience. Frank came twice. At the first appointment (arriving a couple of hours after I called) he gave an honest assessment of the condition of the pipe and the advantages and disadvantages of each remedy to root intrusion. It was clear he wasn't trying to sell me on expensive services that were not needed. On the second visit I ignorantly left out some furniture on the driveway for a Salvation Army pickup. Frank called quickly to say that the furniture could get soiled from the hydro scrub treatment and considerately offered to come back later that day (without a hint of displeasure in his voice). He was very professional and courteous. His price beat what others had quoted. He will be getting my next plumbing service call.
