Frank returned my late call around 8PM on a Friday night and came out early on Saturday morning. The physical situation was too restricted for him to use his regular drain snake through the drain clean-out from outside, so he had to dismantle the drain trap under the sink and go in through the wall. It took less than 15 minutes before he had the pipes reassembled and the drain working. He was polite, efficient and clean, leaving the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived.
