The owner is dishonest and will try to rip you off.
The quality of the work is MEDIOCRE.
I contacted the owner for a quote to install bathroom mirrors and glass enclosures for three bathrooms.
A couple days later, he called to tell me that he had cut the mirrors and wanted a deposit for the rest of the job. Keep in mind, I had not asked him to do anything other than provide me with a quote. His price quote was low so I asked him to confirm it was correct. He said it was. The low price was appealing, but, I was very skeptical of his honesty and integrity because of his hard-sell tactics, ie., cutting the mirrors without any approval and then asking for a deposit. And, when a vendor like him says, "trust me", I'm immediately suspicious. I left a deposit for just the mirrors to see how they would handle that part of the job. His guys were very friendly but did an UNSATISFACTORY job. They BROKE a couple mirrors and had the wrong measurements on the first try so they recut and brought new ones. They scratched and DENTED hallway and stairway walls moving the mirrors, but, it didn't take me more than an hour to patch and paint those after they left. They forgot to install a small section of mirror in one of the bathrooms so I'll do that myself when I have a chance to buy epoxy glue at Home Depot. They installed a large mirror on one of the bathroom walls but the mirror was cut too big and it doesn't fit flush against the wall. Now, the reflection in the mirror is DISTORTED because the top of the mirror is at an angle compared to the bottom.
It gets worse. After the mirrors were INEPTLY installed, the owner asked me to leave a deposit for the glass enclosures (for tub and showers). But now the price he was quoting me was over a thousand dollars more than the initial quote. I told him he confirmed the original quote but he said it was a mistake and he wouldn't do the job for the price he originally quoted me. Needless to say, I paid for the mirrors just to be done with Prestige Glass and hired another company to install the glass enclosures.
The owner's modus operandi is classic bait-and-switch. Beware of this store unless you enjoy getting SCAMMED. The owner is dishonest and the work they do is SHODDY.
