Harold is always responsive, flexible, super knowledgeable, reasonably priced and very good and finishing jobs on time and on budget (or very close thereto).  His crew does an outstanding job and they are on time and reliable.  The subcontractors that Harold uses are also first rate (e.g., counter top fabrication and cabinets).  We have never experienced a problem with any of their work, and whenever we have a question or any minor issues, Harold always responds promptly and sends someone from his crew right away.  We also like that he has had the same crew for many years and we know who and what we are getting when we call.

I made appointment with Harold and Harold promptly met. He understood what needed to be done quickly and provided estimate. He was able to finish the work on time and on budget. I am happy with the quality of his work and the fact the work got done in a timely manner.

Harold has his own crew of workers so almost all of the work was done by them (heating/AC install and kitchen/bath cabinets were separate bids). There was a lot of stress involved with a renovation, but the contractor was not one of them. Everyone was very professional & knowledgeable. Harold helped us with design detail so that we could keep our 1927 Spanish style home in character from old to new areas. We ran into several problems with renovating an old home, but Harold was able to work them out and was reasonable with the extra costs involved. The additional costs on this project were from unforeseen structural problems, design changes and material upgrades. If we ever remodel a house, we would use him again. We recommend him to everyone we know who is thinking of doing work on their home.
