Dave was terrific. Called me with options and explained them all in detail. Told him I was at work and couldn’t get back to the house, luckily the unit sits outside on the patio, he said no problem and that he would do the work, send pictures once complete and take a credit card payment over the phone. In hours, not days, and at a fair price, my problem was solved!

We were given a ton of useful information about a variety of choices without feeling like we were being pushed toward any specific choice. We were able to make an informed decision and get our tank replaced quickly. David was very responsive, on time and professional. Him and his crew showed up as promised and executed the project quickly and professionally. The process was transparent and all work executed in a clean, precise and thorough manner. I would absolutely hire them again.

The installation went well. Price was higher than other quotes. They were able to repair the water heater within 24 hours. They forgot to call upon arrival, but were friendly and professional otherwise. I called and left a voicemail regarding adding a water line for a refrigerator but they never called back. I'm not sure if they were too busy to call back or if they only focus on water heaters. I will definitely use them again, but only for water heaters.

Beware! They are extremely over-priced and will quote you for work that is not required. David (the son of owner) over-charged my 79 year old mother $400 dollars just to put in a $5 dollar gas valve behind her stove (but didn't fix the gas leak - she had to call the gas company to come out). Then David charged her another $660 to mount a hood onto her water heater with brackets along the wall/roof. All of this work took less than an hour for a whopping $1060.00 dollars. He then tried to get her to buy a new water heater that she didn't need and to also put copper piping throughout her granny flat. Beware because he then had her get on the phone with God knows who to give her social security and personal details to see if she could finance everything. After all of this David forgot to give her the 25% discount he promised.

It went very well -- no leaks, no problems.

Everything went excellent. Not the cheapest, but certainly the best.

Our backyard was flooded and the sump pump wasn't working and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. They have done a lot of work for us and have been very professional and honest. Their work is impeccable. He can also recommend great people to do work he may not be able to complete. You get what you pay for and his work is worth the price.
