We deal with Jay and he is excellent. He is great.

Jay re-did the plumbing of our 1960s house, which still had all of the original plumbing. He used pex, so his bid was half of bids I got for copper. Almost a year later I've had zero issues. The pex is super quiet too, which is a huge plus. Jay is a nice guy and was very easy to communicate with.

I called and was able to set up a date and time for this company to come by and fix a small water leak from my sink faucet. He never showed up. I waited for him for 2 hours. I will not call his company again.

After reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews for Pipeline Rooter and Plumbing, I called for an appointment to check out our drainage problem in the house. Jay Bartlett came over within the hour. Wonderful, when I didn't expect to get an appointment the same day of calling! I explained that during our home inspection a few months before, it was noted that we would eventually need to replace many of the pipes under the house since they were originals from the 1950's and were starting to corrode. A very costly project we were hoping to put off for a few months anyway. So I assumed we were going to have to deal with that issue now. Jay listened, checked out our pipes from the kitchen to the shower and provided the interim solution of cleaning out our clogged drains. He did not try to push the other job which would have cost us thousands. He was able to take care of our immediate issue and said that later when it comes time to doing the major plumbing work on the house, he would be happy to provide us with an estimate to compare with the one we received during our home inspection. He was not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Jay Bartlett was very professional, articulate, efficient and his services were VERY reasonably priced. I would recommend Jay and Pipeline Rooter & Plumbing without hesitation to friends, family and neighbors. We will certainly be calling Pipeline again when it comes time to do our major plumbing repair in the coming months. Thank you Jay for such a pleasant experience!

Jay was professional, very swift in response, and took care of our toilet problem.

I used them for two or three jobs and he did a good job. He had a lot of good ideas about re plumbing for me. He communicated well. He prices were a little high, but for the work he did it was appropriate.

Jay helped me select a brand, got me a price well below list, and took out the old toilet, installed the new one in no time. Clean, efficient and cost effective (the 420$ is all inclusive).

Jay came promptly and roto-rooted the pipes to ease the block - they returned the next morning 6am to use a camera to discover why the block was being so persistant. They reveled the roots blocking the pipe using the camera, managed to free the blockage and have made recommendations on future work to avoid this happening again.An all round excellent guy

Jay arrived on time first thing in the morning and was very professional and friendly. He scoped out the situation very quickly and finished the job efficiently. Even though this wasn't a big job, his price was more than reasonable for his time. I would use Jay again and would recommend him as well.

Overall everything went amazing! I was impressed with how quickly Jay diagnosed the problem and how far above and beyond he went to help us despite the fact that he was not being paid a large sum of money to do so. If you are looking for a great, quick and honest plumber you have definitely found your man!

Jay is amazing. He was responsive, flexible and takes care of business. We had a minor job which ended up needing more time (he came twice) and an alternate fix. Jay went above and beyond the call of duty helping with the project and also suggested a fix to make things fit and look better. His prices are totally fair and he often gives an Angies coupon discount. Once you use Jay, you will never use another plumber. Thanks Jay!

I actually enjoy tinkering with the plumbing in our house, so when I saw a pool of water leaking through the side of the house and the concrete, I grabbed my "sack" full of tools and crawled under the house. I noticed that the drainage pipe had rusted through and as hard as I tried to remove it, I realized that the pipe needed to be cut off which meant opening the outdoor. My wife called Pipeline Rooter and Plumbing because they are local, on Angie's List (still yet to have a bad experience) and she wanted someone to come out the next day. The next day and right on time is when I met Jay. Within minutes he was under the house and confirmed what I had thought. He was kind enough to give me to quotes since he noticed I had already tinkered with it it: 1. if I cut into the wall and he'll replace the pipe. 2. If I wanted him to do it. I chose 2. With in an hour he had a small hole in the wall and replaced the pipe. He then even went under the house to inspect the rest of the plumbing free of charge. He suggested one small thing but said it wasn't urgent and it was just some small precautionary work. I was also shocked at how inexpensive it was: $200 for nearly 2 hours of work (including estimate and inspection - we also had an Angie's list Coupon for $25). If you are looking for an honest plumber call Jay.

We were given Jay's number by good friends who own a home not far from us. He came to quote the job and said he did the work himself, which impressed us. He arrived on time and clean, and he was extremely professional. He did install the tankless water heater himself and said he always worked that way. The price was exactly as he quoted, which we felt was very reasonable. We only wished that we had found him earlier when we were repiping the whole house. But not to worry, he will get to do every house we own in the future!!

We had a leak in our kitchen faucet that my husband had tried to repair numerous times. But I finally decided we just had to give up and call in the professional. Jay is our go-to guy. I called and told him about the leak and that it was an old Chicago faucet, which I thought might mean it had harder to find parts. But he came the next morning, had just the part, and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He showed me just where my husband had gone wrong, and also checked for leaks and checked the water pressure on the house just to be sure he covered everything. As always he was clean and professional. Since we used him for our tankless water heater, we have referred him to friends and are happy to finally see him on Angie's List. We couldn't ask for a better plumber.

I contacted Pipeline and set up a appt. they came out and told me what it would cost and that was the end price also. They were very clean and fast.
