Pete the Plumber came prepared with extra piping. They really knew what they were doing. Home Depot were going to be $125 just to install and who knows if they would have come prepared with extra pipe in the event of it needing to be replaced.

I get same day service. I call up and someone comes out right away and I love that.

They were called to replace a shower hot water valve. When they arrived they did not have the tool needed to remove it and I did not offer a replacement. I purchased a new valve and called them out. They came back and once again did not have the tool. When they came back to do the job, the plumber broke a piece of my custom granite tile leaving a 1 1/4 inch hole visible. I contacted the the office and was told they refused to repay me for the damage and would not get someone else to do it. She told me I was too small a customer to bother. Mind you I had used their company along with my neighbor for 10+ years. When I spoke to the owner he just laughed and told me I was not worth the effort. At the same time of the first call we also had them change an outside water faucet head. It took them 10 mins. They charged us $120.00 for this service @ 2 people @ $60.00 each. Checking with the California Contractors Lic Board, neither of the men were lic Plumbers and one did not speak a word of english. At the time I was not aware I could file a claim with them and thus ended up paying $200.00 for the repair.

I had a dripping faucet that I needed to have fixed. The technician told me that all faucets of this type drip until what is in them is emptied. He said he would take a look at it. The thing is I have two other faucets of this type and neither of them are still dripping 24 hours after their last use. Of course this faucet is still dripping and I am waiting for another plumber this morning.

The service was horrible. They flooded my new ceiling. All they had to do was install a small piece.

I found them on Angie's List and researched by location. First one I called. I called them around 10 AM and I got a friendly efficient receptionist right away. Explained my problem- no hot water and in dire need of a plumber ASAP. The hot water was drizzling out but we had cold water which was strange.

Receptionist was calm and scheduled me with someone and was very receptive to my needs. She explained soonest she could have someone would be 2 PM but if something opened up she would call me. An hour later she called me and something opened up. She would have someone within the hour. Less than an hour later the plumber came. Excellent service and professionalism.

Plumber came on schedule. Researched the problem and fixed quickly. Lastly he showed me specifically what the problem was, how he fixed it, etc. so that he explained how it priced out. Have hot water again which is wonderful. Highly recommend them and will def use again.

They are great and they are very responsive. They are always there for you. I can call them and they will always make room for me, which I have always appreciate. They do good work!

I called for the servie to be done at my work. He did not see me. Instead, he saw someone else (who was not familiar with the problem) and finished the work. I needed to talk to the technician because I was concerned about something related. He left and I did not find out about it until I called to ask when he would be coming. I told him that there might be leveling problem with the pipe (out end is slightly higer than in point causing back flow). He said he saw water in the drain thus he assured there was no such worry. It turned out later that my worry was right and we had flood of water under the A/C. I hired someone else who did more through job and solved the problem. The technician seemed he did not want to spend time but do a qucik job. He should have try to see the client who requested the service and he should have pay more attention to the problem.

the plumbers were incredibly nice and friendly but the work was inefficient and overpriced. they were very thorough and helpful, and i imagine the jobs presented unexpected complications. still, 6 hours @ $125 for a toilet and a garbage disposal installation is ridiculous and i wouldn't use them again.
one of the women in the office was super helpful and went out of her way to find me an affordable specialty product. another,deborah, was difficult to work with and unrealistically assumed i was familiar with plumbing problems, products, and terms.

They were a very good company. They showed up on time, very kind and and knowledgeable about their profession. They answered my questions very clearly. I would recommend them to others as well as use them in the future.

Their rates are pretty reasonable. They always do good and professional job. They get your job done, no matter how tough it is. I would recommend them. The people who come are always friendly and easy to get along with. They are very prompt and punctual. They do good quality work. They have a really good system. You call them up and they come to know in their system, what work you have done within last five years. They can refer back and tell you what work had you done on a day. They make you feel important. They may be a little pricey. I would definitely use them in the future.

Pete the Plumber is great. The employees always show up on time and get the job done well.

They were really good. They were resourceful because I've had people who've come out and looked at the problems I was having before and not knowing really to figure out what to do. I would use them again in the future.

Overall, plumbers Beto and Albert did a very good, qualiity, job. Installing the vent was difficult because air conditioning pipes were in the way. The plumbers were very inconvenienced physically crawling around the crawl space under the house. Every thing came out fine.

We actually hired him before we knew about Angie's List.

They were prompt, efficient and clean. This was a painless experience!

He is very good and I have used him for many years. He is very personable and it's a neighborhood business.

I got them from Angie’s List. The work turned out very well. They were on time. The only comment was that they were just a little weak on the cleanup.
