I had inherited some rugs that had been in a closet for years; I didn't know what condition they were in. They did a wonderful job. They were very fair in telling me which rugs needed cleaning and which didn't. They cleaned the rugs beautifully for a very reasonable price, created mats for the ones that would go on the floor, and added a hanging method for the ones I planned to hang on walls. They completed the work professionally and charged me less than I expected.
