I was going to let them do the work, but after questioning the price that they offered me, I thought it was way too expensive. They tried to convince me that the reason why the price was so high was because of the area where the rugs were located. I did not find them to be very competent and they were not very friendly when I would ask them questions about particular things.

THE MAN CAME ON TIME AND WAS WELL-ATTENTIVE WITH WHAT WE WANTED TO BE CLEANED. THE SERVICE CLEANS CARPETS, RUGS, AND UPHOLSTERY.
