David called and showed up when he said he would. He provided a reasonable quote for the work, and he did it timely. Very easy to work with. He even helped me with something else while he was here.

Unpleasant business relationship and poor workmanship. Left trash and materials on the premises. Did not tape off painting areas. Did not remove accessories -- sconces, door hardware, etc. Resulted in stray paint on items and areas that weren't to be painted. Sloppy work, lacks thoroughness and attention to detail. Opportunistically seeks upward price adjustment, without reciprocating for reductions in project scope. Would not recommend.
