Pendleton did a great job on my exterior door. They even went the extra mile to assist me with picking up the materials and scheduling. I had an issue with a section of the door installed. New items matching old bldgs can be task, but Pendleton was flexible, creative and fair. Pendleton was punctual and cleaned up after each day of work. Very satisfied with the work!

We made the decision to terminate David Pendleton due to breech of contract, sloppy work, wouldn't cover our belongings and as a result we have paint on our washer/dryer, kitchen and bathroom floors. His contract/quote says he will "skim coat all or partial 6 rooms". He only skim coated 2 rooms and simply painted over our cracked, peeling walls. He continued to advise his employees to "just paint" when we didn't hire him to 'just paint'. Our windows were completely painted shut. He removed our curtains and placed them on the floor and walked on them as his drop cloths. Wow! Who does that? We had to use screwdrivers to open them. Do not recommend him at all.

David and his crew were professional, punctual and accommodated change requests with no problem. He is priced well and we felt he was knowledgeable. If he wasn’t the person for the job, he let us know he could put us in touch with another pro. We would definitely use him again. A

He was pleasant and gave us exactly what we asked for.

He contracted a job without ample knowledge on how to repair termite dry rotted wood around window trims which were painted instead of repaired and prepped. The sanblasters did complete the removal of all stucco or try to shave left over stucco off house and garage. This project started in July and is still not completed. Charged $4200 for sandblasting.

I commend David for his expertise, professionalism and attention to detail. His prices are reasonable, but the work was exceptional. He worked around the needs of my 90 year old father and finished the project within the timeframe promised. I am planning to hire him again, in the near future to paint the rest of the house. BRAVO, David!!!

I had my choice of three painters and decided to go with Pendleton Painting. This was my first time using Pendleton Painting and I must say I was more than pleased with the service. Mr. Pendleton was prompt with returning my call and after listening to me detail the job to him, he gave me an estimate or should I say a price on the project. Mr. Pendleton proceeded by giving me a schedule and time of when he would be at my house to do the project. Mr. Pendleton showed up on time and within minutes, proceeded to get to work. Mr. Pendleton was very well prepared, telling me how long it would take and was finished exactly at the time he quoted. I was very impressed by the job, his price but more importantly, his professionalism. Mr. Pendleton even made suggestions to make the job better which I took and he cleaned up throughly after the work was completed. I was so impressed, one to two weeks later, I hired him for another job and once again, on time, on budget and again, very professional. I will be using Pendleton Painting again. Pendleton Painting is my painting contractor of choice for all my painting needs. I liked the fact that during both jobs, I could leave, take care of business and upon returning, find the job completed, done exactly to my specifications and a clean worksite. Mr. Pendleton is very proffessional and reliable. Most of all he accommodated my request to paint on the week-end so that i would not have to take off from work. He also wasn very neat and clean. Mr. Pendleton was very professional and always on time. He did great work. He and his crew cleaned up each day after the finished the work. I had several rooms painted which were the Laundry room, one bathroom, the hallway and one bedroom. I was very pleased with everything except for the bathroom which I think he had a younger painter painting the bathroom and it was a little sloppy. After they finished, I examined the work and found some paint on the floor, and around the lower counter in the bathroom. Was not pleased with the work the younger apprentice did in the bathroom. The older worker worked on the Laundry room and I could see the difference in the quality of the work in comparison to the work that the younger painter did. I would hire him again because he seems to be open to criticism of his work and would accept any complaints that would make his business better. He was a very pleasant gentlemen and was always on time to the job. As a matter of fact he and his crew would show up about 30 minutes early each day.
