Paul is extremely responsive to phone calls and email. He is extremely friendly, honest, straight-forward, and professional. THere is never any "salesmanship" or pressure. His favored products are American-made and less expensive than the more well-known windows, but he has those too. He is talented with communicating clearly and making a customer feel at-ease. Super nice guy.
The windows turned out great. He sells retrofit/replacement-style windows. He's got a good system for getting things done well. Highly recommended.
