PATRICK'S PLUMBING SERVICE & REPAIR

He completed a job that another service provider that started but couldn't finish and he fixed. He identified the problem and fixed it and also fixed and repaired the part that the other service provider broke. Did what he said he was going to do and honest.

He is a friendly guy.

He was very responsive, he got right back to me after I called them. He did an excellent job and kept the place clean. He was a very pleasant guy and got things taken care of for me.

We called Patrick's plumbing service and found the actual owner of the company to answer the phone. He was polite and informative. Once he started work it did not take long before the washing machine was working again. Such a stress on the household when the plumbing problems were mounting, so calling this plumber was a great solution. He had a truck with all the tools and equipment for the job and Cleaned UP as well, which is rare. I would get this plumber back again on the next plumbing project.

Patrick responded to our call immediately, and came out the same day. He selected and obtained the hot water heater and the other materials, and came back that day to replace it. It took him more than six hours. In two days, we noticed a very bad leak where the pipes from the water heater entered the house. Patrick came right out to look at it and repaired it. He was finished late in the afternoon, when we noticed that another leak had appeared further down the line under the house. At this point, we decided that we should have the house re-piped with copper. Patrick gave us an estimate of dollars and time. We decided to go with another Angie's list provider who has had more experience in re-piping and whose price was lower. Patrick was very professional and thorough. He let us know what he was doing as he went along. We might have him again if he adjusts his price. It is really too high. Overall, I was willing to pay more because he took care of both the problems immediately.

Polite and friendly, but missed appointments and caused us inconvenience. Would not reduce his price even though it turned out to take him half the time he thought, so that we ended up paying $160 per hour for the work.

From start to finish for the first call the overall experience was great. However he was very expensive! When I tried to get him to do the other jobs, he said he would do it but never did. He became extremely flaky.

Patrick saved us. He came out within one hour of my initial call and had the broken pipes underneath the house repaired within 24 hours. He was thoroughly professional and completed the unpleasant job quickly after another plumbing company had left us hanging for a number of days, promising to come do the work. He has been very responsive, always letting us know what was happening every step of the way. After he repaired the broken pipes underneath the house ($1000), further inspection by the plumbing camera revealed that we had a serious root issue in our old terracotta main line, so we hired Patrick for the $8000 main line repipe. I made an 8.30am appt for Thursday at my home. I work downtown and have to take time off work to attend to repairs. At 9:36 am, when I had not heard from him I called his number. He said he was running late and said he was sorry. Wondered if I was going to be around the rest of the morning. I couldn't wait any longer, due to business appointments. Disappointed and frustrated that he did not even attempt to make a phone call. Maybe the job was too small for him to really care.

He is a pleasant and professional.

Called for an estimate to move a water heater. His response was ''How much do *you* think it will cost?'' I advised that I didn't call to play guessing games at which point he laughed. Very unprofessional demeanor over the phone, I'd hate to think what his work was like.

Patrick was polite and professional. He was sure to fill me in on every step of the process... which was a relief after having another company give me the run around. They claimed to not have the part - after taking 75$ just to come and assess the problem. Patrick found the parts needed and put the time and effort in to fixing it - perfectly, might I add.

He charges premium rates, however, he will negotiate. He realized he had a small leak. He said it was because of the screws he bought. Came back and replaced them and he thought it was fixed. The bathroom keeps flooding. This was not a problem before he came. The leak that developed ended up being unrelated to the work Patrick did.

Patrick was very responsive to my call and came to my house within 2 hours of first contact. He professionally surveyed the job and came up with a flat fee price that would take care of all aspects of the job. He was kind, courteous and attentive. We made an appointment for him to come back to hook up the washer and dryer once they arrived and he showed up on time. He thoroughly inspected the work and made adjustments as necessary. We have been using the washer and dryer since he hooked it up and have been extremely happy with his work. I have already recommended him to other people. Overall, we are very, very satisfied with his professionalism, excellent knowledge base and superior work for a fair price.
