They come out when they say they will and do what they say they are going to do. If they can't repair something then they will let you know that.

I was surprised how quick they put this thing in and how there was almost no mess at all. It has not given my any problems at all. I enjoy having the extra heat in my home. I think the cost was over $200 but the association paid it. We chipped in $6 only.

WORK WAS WELL DONE AND JOB WAS CLEANED UP NICELY. STAFF IS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. TWICE THERE WAS A MIX UP WITH APPOINTMENT TIMES. ESTIMATE APPEARED TO BE FOR THE WORK LISTED, BUT WAS ACTUALLY BILLED AS AN HOURLY RATE WHICH WAS AT A FAIR PRICE HOWEVER TWO NEW PLUGS, ORIGINALLY PART OF THE ESTIMATE, WERE NOT DONE. I HAD TO CALL MORE THAN ONCE TO ARRANGE A RETURN APPOINTMENT.
