Wrought Iron Service
Javier was courteous and attentive when giving the estimate and time of installation. Installation was performed in a professional manner. It is now December and I am having a problem latching the bottom lock. Only the deadbolt works, but I have noticed that when my dog jumps up and down on the gate, he is able to unlatch the lock and the gate opens to let out our 2 dogs. This has happened 3 times now. I have called Pacific 6 or 7 times since figuring this out and they say they will be out to look at this problem, but don't come by at the appointed time, nor call.
