Our Kitchen & Bath Cabinets

Moe came over 2 months prior to give an estimate, 1 month prior to take detailed measurements.  We ordered the faucets (he gave us tips on what to look for, and where other customers had found them on sale), low-flush toilet (which had a $150 rebate) and medicine cabinets. 
Moe had the bathroom cabinet and kitchen drawers constructed ahead of time, so much of it had out-gassed prior to installation.
We're glad he discovered a slow leak in the plumbing and had it repaired the next day. 
Moe is creative with ideas, dependable, and honest.  He took extra care to protect our soft engineered wood flooring.  His workers left the area clean everyday. 
We're very pleased with the process and the results!

Moe came and made a template. I picked out the materials and he called me a week later and installed the cabinet top the sink and upgraded the sink plumbing. Moe is hands on and I have used him for my kitchen upgrade last year. He gives his opinion on colors and knows all the counter top materials and what eould be best for your situation -

I found a contractor who I can trust - who will do thorough, quality work and won't overcharge me!
Moe and his crews did a fabulous job - In one day, one crew removed the dry-rotted beams from the patio covering. They went to the store and bought new lumber, taking care to get better quality beams, painted them, and installed them.
Meanwhile, another crew removed the old acrylic bathroom counters, sinks, and faucets. Installed quartz counter-tops, new
sinks and fixtures.
Then, on another day, Vicente and his crew removed the old carpet, and installed laminate flooring - did a great job along
the fireplace hearth, and with 2 stairs.
We then decided to replace the bathtubs/shower walls that were showing stress marks. Moe and his crew removed the old ones and installed the new - On his own initiative, Moe took the time to enlarge an access door to one of the tubs, should someone actually need to repair the plumbing in the future. Felt that Moe cared about me and my situation.
Moe and his crews left the townhouse clean. So pleased with all the renovations!

Needed to replace a tile/grout kitchen countertop on a limited budget. Moe was the only contractor who was confident that he could demolish the countertop and spare the existing tile backsplash, saving us at least $2K. The SEAMLESS Dreamy Marfil Caesarstone countertop is beautifully finished on the edges.
Moe also did a great job installing the new single basin stainless steel sink (undermount) with disposal and faucet, and new range hood with a stainless steel backsplash.
We are pleased with Moe's experience, wisdom and his desire to make sure we are satisfied.

Bruce, Chris, and Mo were all exceptionally professional and capable at their work. Bruce (Kho) supervised all the work and arrived promptly each morning to let the workers in, review the last day's work, and instruct on the current day's work. Before the work began, Bruce spent a great deal of time talking with me about what I wanted, and then drawing up detailed plans to document what we had discussed and what I wanted done. Bruce encouraged me to remodel the house in the way I wanted. He only offered his designer opinions if I asked him what he thought. Even then, if I was heading off on the wrong track, he gently let me know there were some other options I might want to consider.
At all times Bruce, Chris and Mo were extremely patient with me, even when I asked them to fix little things most other people wouldn't have noticed or wouldn't have cared about. All the work was done without any damage to my household effects and the workers cleaned up each day before they left. I can even call the whole remodel effort with Bruce and Our Kitchen and Bath quite pleasant, which certainly can't be said about most remodels. I was very pleased with the reasonable cost, timeliness and quality of all the work.

After interviewed several contractors (6+), we found Bruce and Mo from Our Kitchen and Bath. They were polite, respectful and professional in every aspect. Bruce came out to take measurement of all the area where we want done and scheduled a follow up the day after at his showroom to go over our design input and provide estimates.
We liked the fact that Bruce itemizes everything we want done and walk us through step-by-step so you know where you spend your money before start the project. Overall we are very happy how everything turns out. We will definitely work with them again in the future.

The experience has been pretty good so far. They are professional and detailed. They outlined every item. They are fairly on time and on schedule. The price is reasonable.

First Bruce listened to what my wife and I said, taking into account our needs and concerns. He kept all his promises, and communicated honestly and fairly.
