FIND ANOTHER SHOP FOR YOUR UPHOLSTERY JOB. I called the number and left a message, got a call back a few days later. I emailed a photo of the love seat and agreed to pay $525.00 for the work. We made an appointment for me to drop off my loveseat at Oswaldo's location, where I gave him half the fee as a cash deposit. He agreed to return all unused material, as I purchased 20% over the recommended amount to allow for extra cushions. The loveseat was ready on time. The extra fabric had been "thrown away." When I went to pick it up, it was wrapped in plastic for the trip home. We loaded up the loveseat, gave Oswaldo the rest of the money. As we were pulling away from the store he came up to the truck and said the cash was $20 short although both my husband and I had counted it twice before going there. When we got the loveseat home and sat on it, we realized that the seat cushion was only half as padded as it had been, and the new stuffing is very low quality material. This is a Drexel Heritage loveseat that was lovely and comfortable, and now it's just an expensive placeholder in m living room.
