We hired him to fix a leak in our toilet. He figured it out and came back to fix it. While he was here we asked him questions about other problems we had noticed. He gave us advice and told us he would get back to us with referrals. He did get back to us. He was good. He did what he said he would

We had our middle bedroom plumbed for a washer and dryer about 4 years ago. The plumbers (who incidentally have negative reports...wish I knew about Angie's list back then) did a poor job. Long story short...we now needed to break into the wall and re-plumb. Gene was a recommendation from a coworker. He came in with a fair price. He arrived on time, was clean, professional, and fast. He did all this work in about 3 hours. Best of all, he understood our crazy work schedule and came with his plaster guy. As soon as Gene was done, Tom began patching the hole in the wall. Three hours later, everything was back to normal. We are very satisfied with the work.
