We were very exited about the bid the gave us and decided to go with them. Later we found out the company was not so stable. The people working for them were never the same, the Project Manager knew nothing about construction, and the contract that we signed was not always held to. They would often start building, look at the plans, and then realize they had to pull it out and start again. The job is nearly finished, almost four months after the date they said. I must say that overall, we have a lovely home, but if I were to do it again I would hire out my own subcontractors using Angie's List and not have to depend upon the unreliable.
