NRG UPGRADE

Just sharing my experience with the company. Ended up cancelling the contract so I can't speak for the quality of end product. The reason for the cancellation is that the company wanted to add extra amount ($ 5300 to be exact) to the original amount $40k, which is 13+ % extra, after the contract was signed. To their credit, I was notified of that before the project starts. That is my experience. Yours might be different from mine.

GREAT EXPERIENCE - Myra worked tirelessly with my insurance company to assure that necessary repairs were completed in a timely manner and appropriately reimbursed. The repairs were needed by my elderly mother in order to remain in her home, and Myra was very sensitive to our situation - sending a crew out for estimates and repairs weeks before any other contractor was willing to accept the job. Quality work completed quickly. We were regularly made aware of the status of the repairs , and Myra maintained constant communication with our (reluctant) insurance company to make sure our needs were met.

I wanted to do solar for a long time. One of my friends had just installed solar on his roof and was extremely happy with the company he hired so I decided to call as well and that is how I got to NRG Upgrade. After we looked into the incentives offered by financing and the governmental tax rebates I decided to redo my roof and windows as well. The roof was old anyway. The install took less than I expected and I am extremely happy with the results. My new solar roof makes the house look modern again. Best of all was the price. I also now only pay a fraction of the utility costs. Very happy customer.

As soon as I decided to go solar ,I asked around for recommendations and suggestions for solar power residential system .I decided to go with NRG UPGRADE using my cousin's suggestion and I couldn't be more thrilled so far . I schedule a meeting with NRG UPGRADE at their office to discuss about solar panels for my home project and to show them my electrical usage history .I signed the contract couple of weeks ago and I am extremely satisfied. They explained us how solar system works, solar benefits, selection of modules and inverters ,roofing attachments, rebate process, design, installation, inspection and timeline for each phase. They were really professional and answered to all my questions that I had. And their cost of solar system is very competitive. I can't wait to have my solar system on and to use solar energy in hottest Summer days.

These guys were referred to me by a friend, so I called to get a quote.  Asaf came out and handled the sales presentation very well answering all of my questions, but also asking good questions and giving me ideas for things to make my project easier and cleaner than other companies did. You could tell he was invested in what he was doing. from there it was really simple:  I signed, they communicated well, and I had a completed solar system 3 weeks later!   Everyone on their team was great to work with.  My favorite part of the process was the great communication wether it be how they were great at answering the phone or replying to emails really quickly.
