Norms Foam & Fabric

I got a quote from a reupholstering place over the phone. So I brought the cushions in to Norm's for a quote. Although the price was a little bit more I decided to give them to Norm as it seemed like he knew what he was doing. When you walk in you walk straight into his workshop and you can tell the place is all about the work. Whenever I asked a question he did make me feel like they were a little stupid, but he always answered them! I felt he was reasonably knowledgeable and advised me on which firmness to use and whether or not to have them wrapped. Norm also advised that I should have the ottoman cushion wrapped on one side to make it the ideal shape. He also informed me of how other companies get away with charging certain prices. I paid half in deposit and the other half on pick up. They even did one for me to try then once I called to say it was OK then they did the rest. I was very impressed with their overall work.
