We were referred to Normco (different address, but same phone number in this listing) by GE for authorized repair. We already knew that the Thermocouple was the issue after a visit by a plumbing service that did not stock the necessary part. Normco gave us a immediate estimate over the phone based on that diagnosis. They quoted Thermocouple-only, and a higher price in case the larger assembly needed replacing.
Appt was next day. Technician replaced Thermocouple and heater was back up and running. Appreciated that they did not push the higher cost repair.
