The work was done very professionally. Niev kept me up to date on the progress. Any issues (just a couple) were immediately brought to my attention and were addressed. The job was performed on budget and on schedule. This was actually the second time I have used NK Construction. They had remodeled my entire kitchen, living room and den. Due to the successful first project, I did not hesitate to contact them again and did not seek a second estimate.

From the first time we met Niev he gave us confidence in his ability to deliver. He takes time to understand the project and ask us questions or highlight issues that we hadn’t considered. He was very knowledgeable and offered advice on where to find great quality fixtures and fittings (as we are British we are not familiar with US brands). Once the project commenced his team arrived as planned, were polite, kept the building area tidy and the quality of the workmanship was very good. Niev made frequent site visits to our house and was very flexible arriving early morning to meet with us before we left for work. He was patient and always amenable to consider extra requests or changes as the project took shape. I am delighted with the overall finish of the bathroom. We will use Niev and team again for our kitchen remodel. Already Niev has come to the house a couple of times to discuss the scope of the project and how best to approach it. I have every confidence he and his team will provide a professional service once again.

We called up NK Construction to get an estimate. Niev was very helpful and considerate of our needs and wishes when offering us different solutions, configurations and styles that we could choose from. We could tell that he was very experienced and professional. And the outcome was no different! He completed the project on time and it looked amazing! We were very pleased by the quality of the work, the little details that he took care of and keeping the rest of our house clean during the process. We would definitely recommend NK Construction to anyone! We felt we were in really good hands and that we can trust him.

The entire project took 6 months to complete and we have been very satisfied with the results. Niev and his crew were very professional, courteous and prompt. Niev patiently listened to our vision and provided ideas in keeping with our desire for a open contemporary modern design, yet warm and inviting.

We are thrilled with the finished job. Niev's crew are EXCELLENT craftsmen. The work is impeccable: flawless paint jobs, mouldings all lovely and perfect, EXCELLENT tile work in bathroom and kitchen backsplash. Everything clean and even and crisp. Really fine, fine work. I can't say enough about their great workmanship! Niev and his team are top of the line quality, for sure.

We hire NK Construction again and again because they do high quality work, are knowledgeable, have good design sense and provide excellent value for the cost. The work is always done according to schedule, which is so rare these days! We have thrown some challenging projects at them and they have done a great job with each one. Another thing that matters to us is that Niev and his guys are all nice and trustworthy. They always seem to go a step further than necessary, erring on the side of quality.

A big restoration project that went well. Great result, no problems along the way. Niev does quality work at a fair price. Very accommodating when we needed him to be. Showed up every day and worked hard, understood what we wanted and did a beautiful job.
