Nicola Carter Gargani

Nicola was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. She is so patient, warm, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I really can't say enough about what a terrific asset she was when searching for my home in LA. I've never lived in CA before and only had a rough idea of the neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Nicola took me around and showed me a number of neighborhoods I didn't even know existed. She is so gracious and clearly had my best interest at heart. Not only was she personable and caring, she also had some great strategies when bidding in the competitive market. She put a lot of thought into the bidding process and my offer was selected out of a handful of competitive offers. Nicola really helped me to get my dream house and even though this may sound effusive, I can't thank her enough. Back story: My sister is a realtor in Thousand Oaks, but didn't feel comfortable handling my search in LA since she was unfamiliar with the city neighborhoods. As such, she found Nicola for me through a realtor she works with. You know you're getting someone great when other professionals in the same industry give a referral. Nicola came highly recommended and surpassed her already excellent reputation. I've already referred Nicola to one of my best friends who also moved west to LA recently. My friend already LOVES her!
