We did one unit on one building first.
Eli Zafrani of Nice and Cool was a pleasure to work with. His price to replace the
unit was $2,500 less than what was quoted by a different dealer for the same unit. He also replaced all the interior ducting that was very torn and old.
Several months later, we removed three old rooftop units from our building. He replaced all the ducting and registers so that two units were able to service the whole building. Replaced with two high effiency units.
Overall, very pleased with his work and pricing. Would certainly use him again.
