He cleaned out the problem area, removed a fungus to try and bring it back to its original state.

This company is not the place to go for tree removal service...they are tree experts - arborists. I have had problems with lemon trees in the past and when I called out a tree service, they told me lemon trees don't live that long and that I just need to cut it down. As I have a beautiful lemon tree that adds much character to my yard, I didn't want to lose it. NCA came to my house, diagnosed the problem and gave me 4 simple yet significant changes that I could make to "cure" my ailing tree. I learned a good bit about caring for trees that day.
