My Illusion Landscapes

Sadly we were unsatisfied with the work that Maya did on our outdoor areas. The hillside above our driveway, which we were told would be covered in drought-tolerant native greenery to provide hillside erosion control, is just a bare hillside covered in jute with keystones. We watered and cared for the plants as directed but this was the result. We are also disappointed with the trees she planted in the back which have been consistently falling over, and we were told would not begin to look full for a few years. Besides the trees, which are very small and falling over, there is no greenery on the back hill at all. The project looks very chaotic, isn't cohesive, and is not aesthetically pleasing at all, providing little to no green coverage anywhere. Unfortunately, we will need to redo what she has done. When I voiced my concerns about the project, I was told to "be patient." To add insult to injury when she had "completed" the work she left us packets of wildflower seeds to spread on the barren hillsides, which I could have bought at the store myself and avoided spending thousands of dollars. As new homeowners, the $8,000 we spent is pretty difficult to swallow.

It went very well. Maya did an excellent job and completed it on time and under budget.We love the work she did. I wanted a modified English garden look and she made it happen.

They were able to match the bricks with an existing wall. Completed project within agreed upon time. Followed up after work was completed. Will use them again

Maya took care of all of my needs while I was out of town and I had nothing to worry about from the beginning of the process to all of the follow through and details. She was very knowledgeable and organized and her crew under her leadership was very efficient and thorough.

Her crew was quick and efficient and she answered all my questions. End product looked just like renderings. Would recommend highly and use again.

Fantastic. Without Maya's extensive knowledge I would have never achieved the look I wanted. I realized how little I knew to get sustainable native and lots of color. She is a master at her trade. Would highly recommend.
