They basically demolished the whole bathroom, hauled it all away right away, which is important as we have some not-so-friendly neighbors in my neighborhood (!) they put in new plumbing as the plumbing was to my eyes rotten, but they confirmed that it wouldnt last more than a few years, so I just told them to change it.  They put in a new shower, new cabinets, with amazing caesar stone top, the finished product is flawless.  I actually had them put a heated floor so now when the floor is cold I can heat it up! best of all, they finished the whole job in 1 week, started on a Sunday and finished on Friday.  If you look at the pictures, how horrible it looked when it was all gutted, the finished product is all the more amazing.

I'm very impressed with their services, I have many contacts in the community, but so many of them are unreliable, and if they
get a better job somewhere they will take it and put you on hold.  Thid didnt happen here. Also from what I asked around, the price
was more than fair.

Great work, at some point we had 10 or more workers inside and outside the house, at some point we flew to Switzerland so we weren't there for 2 weeks, basically this was a full remodel, the wooden floors, we did the whole house, a new kitchen, new livingroom, all the windows, tank-less water heater, outlets for our European (Miele) washer/drier, a vent for our kitchen for also a Miele vent, new copper plumbing, new bathrooms, showers etc etc.  This house went from being a dilapidated old house to a like new place. 
MS also put in 2 new A/C's, one for upstairs, one for downstairs, a humidifier in the A/C, helped us fumigate the house for MUCH cheaper ($1000 vs $3000 or more we were offered) so a tent went over the house for the whole weekend; just the bathroom alone, would have cost us close to $40K somewhere else, they did for $5000 as part of the whole thing. 
Run, don't walk to the phone to call them (not so applicable these days with cell phones though...   )

The thing I liked most is they know the timeline, they come on time, leave on time, and have a code of responsibility that I haven't seen in many places.  They told me it will take about a month, and that's what it took.

Overall, I didn't have to chase them as I did other companies, they were always on hand, and explained everything in detail, I didnt get the feeling I'm paying through the nose for something, they told me what the prices were, and I actually got a better deal than most other contractors would have charged for similiar work.  My $45,000 kitchen would have probably been more in the realm of $70,000 elsewhere (in fact I got a $75,000 quote from one guy)
