Many issues: sloppy work; unprofessional behavior; charged beyond estimate; convinced us to use more expensive materials; then did not use them (and argued with me about it); and caused us to pay even more $ fixing their mistakes, oversights and damage. The water heater vent was installed poorly and still needs to be stabilized, so more $ yet will be spent. I did not call them back to fix anything or reimburse us for their mistakes, as did not want to deal with the owner.
