Their service was excellent. The person they sent out was very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable.

I switched to this company because they were cheaper than the company I had been using. After they had switched over the equipment, I found that the hall sensor didn't work. I contacted the company but they refused to take the responsibility of its failure. Therefore I dropped this company and went back to the one I had before.

I'M PRETTY HAPPY WITH THEM. THERE IS NOT MUCH INTERACTION. EACH STATE HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE CONTRACTOR. THEY INSTALL THE ALARM, AND THAT'S IT. AFTER THAT THERE IS NOTHING ELSE UNLESS THE ALARM IS ACTIVATED. THE CALL CENTER CALLS ME AND THE POLICE.
