+ 3 moreEddie, helped me choose the right doors and locksets, that complimented the 1950 architecture of my home, and are correct for that period, yet modern & timeless. The attention to detail and quality was refreshing. The new doors have increased the value of my home, far beyond the investment of the work being done. He showed up on time every day, did clean & precise work, and left the place in an orderly state each day, careful not to leave the job in an unfinished or disruptive condition. The door job was completed in a week, and everything fits and works as expected, no adjustments needed.
Description of Work: Replaced front door, with Douglas fur and glass door. Replaced back door with birch skin combination door/window, and replaced 3 interior doors with birch skin doors. Replaced front and back locksets and deadbolts, with matching Aluminum Schlage hardware. Replaced interior passage locks, with matching Aluminum Schlage hardware. I also, hired MHR at a different time, to convert my back room into a service porch, re-locate the hot water heater in a custom made closet, with a door to the outside, build a redwood sun deck, build a redwood and fiberglass privacy screen, in front of the house, landscape my front entry walk path with pavers river rocks, install a black stone front threshold, as well as doing the walk path in the back garden. Next, I plan to have him extend the master bedroom, including french doors opening out to the back yard, and create the master bathroom & dressing room.
