Mitchel Tinkham was very easy to work with. He saw problems with the blueprints and solved them before they became a problem. His sub-contractors were very professional and did high quality work. He explained the job and any work stoppages to my satisfaction. Although the job took longer than first anticipated, it was finished in a timely manor. He completly stands behind his work. I would hire him again.

I had two major remodels/construction work prior to this job with very postitive results. This entire job became an elongated fiasco. I personallly liked and respected the subs working for contractor, but the contractor (who seemed nice) I ended up having no respect for. Towards the end, he would not call for weeks and not respond to messages. We were constantly left hanging, never knowing when we were able to leave the premises or to be available. His invoices were slapdash and vague. On the rare occasions when he showed up, he spent most of his time on the site talking on the phone and chain-smoking. He left the job in disarray and extremely incomplete after 7 months. (It should have been done in 3.) I recently finished up the job in a timely manner with a very competent company (Form Design). Some of Tinkham's work had to be redone.
