They were punctual in the beginning but after they began the project and received payment they were not prompt in returning my calls or completing the work. The tile work on the kitchen floor was uneven in various places. It took them a long time to get the stove and other parts in. I found out a couple of years later that they did not even close out the permits with the city for the plumbing, electrical upgrade, and kitchen remodel work.
