Mike Cowden Plumbing

About us

Cowden plumbing is a residential family run business. I am the owner and have 1 or 2 employees, depending on the job. I can handle all residential needs, repipes and sewer repair, replacement, or reline if possible. I install earthquake valves, and repair and install gas lines. Cowden plumbing remodels kitchens and bathrooms, replacing all old fixtures and pie to your new requirements. I service and replace heating and cooling systems and rebuild old floor heaters if desired. A service call is $90.00 per hour. Payment is required when complete, check or cash. A larger job with materials over $50.00 requires material money before start. Remodels and large jobs will be discussed with owner and a bid will be given, if it requires extensive labor to bid then a $50. charge will be required and subtracted from eventual job fee. We do have special promotions at different times of the year on earthquake valves, heaters etc. All work is up to code!

It went great, Mike and his team came out and inspected our home since it was built in 1941. He needed to make sure that it could take a certain type of AC unit. Once confirmed they installed all new vents for central air since we didnt have anything, and he installed the AC unit in the attic and outside. It went very smooth. Also he installed an easy pull down ladder to get into our attic since we didnt have one before. All in all I was very pleased and loved our AC once done.

I've used this plumber for many years on my home, and my small apartment units.  I can't say enough about how I've come to depend on them.   Some plumbing problems can't wait and they respond immediately if necessary and always respect my time and my tenants time.  Their prices are reasonable and the work is high quality.  I love that they will let me know if they see something else that might cause an issue in the future.  I can always count on them to suggest alternatives other than the most high priced.
