Mighty Movers and Storage

Mighty Movers arrived at my former home to move my packed boxes.  They were a bit late on arrival and worked until 8:00.  I had numbered all of my boxes and indexed them with their content.  As I had over 100 boxes, it is impossible to be sure all of them arrived at the end of the delivery.  After the movers left, I found 2 boxes were missing.  I immediately reported it to Mighty Movers the next day.  The driver and the woman who works in the office claimed that they had delivered all boxes.  I spoke with Trevor and he simply made snide remarks about how I wanted to get paid for something they had delivered.  He talked about submitting the "loss" to insurance except I knew the missing boxes contain property valued at $800.  The next two times I spokie to Trevor by phone he cursed and yelled at me.  Clearly he was simply trying to bully me into going away.  As I signed the bill of lading when they dropped off what appeared to be the last box, Trevor claims they have done their job and that nothing is missing.  Mighty Movers knows this drill well and they use it to protect their stealing.  My choice now is to sue them in court.
