office equipment repair
+ -1 moreThey technician came out once and charged me an hour's labor and a travel charge of $50 and could not fix the machine. He them came back a second time again charging me a travel charge (the business is 1 1/2 miles down the road) and could not fix it again. He came out a third time to attempt to fix the printer with another travel charge. On the third time, he tried to put in a new computer card but it did not fix the problem. He then gave up and still wanted us to pay all the travel times, a stocking fee with a repair not even being completed. I canceled the check that I paid him because they never fixed the problem.
Description of Work: They attempted to fix a color printer.
