FOR FINDING SOMEONE THAT I HADN'T HEARD OF BEFORE, THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. THE PRODUCT WAS GOOD. I AM FINDING OUT AFTER A YEARS WORTH OF USAGE THAT THE PADDING IS BECOMING A LITTLE MATTED DOWN. IT IS GETTING HARD. IT'S NOT SOFT ANYMORE. AS FOR THE SERVICE IN THE STORE, I WAS ABLE TO TALK NOT ONLY WITH THE OWNER BUT WITH THE FELLOW THAT DID THE WORK. I WAS RATHER IMPRESSED WITH THAT.
