They were efficient, and did a good job. They were friendly and arrived on time. I should have hired them for more time however because I ended up doing some of the cleaning myself after their hours were up. That's on me though and next time I will buy more hours. They were expensive but I needed someone in a hurry and they definitely came through. I will keep them on my list for sure.

We started using them the 3rd week of May. They have only been here once but it seemed good. The price seemed reasonable. The quality was good and they seemed pretty responsive.

After reading a positive review of the Pasadena Merry Maids I called and was directed to the MM in my area. They charged $90 per hour, and expected it to take 2 hours, with a maximum of 4 hours. When I inspected the house after they were done, they completely missed two closets (caked dust on the floor). They didn't dust the windowsills, and didn't even go into the laundry room at all. The kitchen floor still had dirt on it that I could wipe up with my finger. When I called the office I was informed that it had been inspected by a supervisor after the crew left, and passed. They also told me that I was charged for the full 4 hours ($360). When I objected to the service and price, they said they would send a collection agency after me if I tried to dispute the charge on my credit card, and there was nothing they could do to help me. I asked to speak to the owner, and was told he lived in Hong Kong and could not be reached. It was a horrible experience - almost qualifying as a scam. I then had to pay another service to come in and clean properly.

GREAT, FAST, EFFICIENT, ON TIME. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. I NEEDED THEM ONE TIME AFTER I HAD MY BABY AND IT WAS PERFECT TO COME HOME TO A CLEAN HOME.

AWESOME CLEANING JOB. I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO DO AS THOROUGH OF A JOB AS THEY DID. MY HOUSE LOOKED GREAT AND SMELLED GREAT. MY HUSBAND WAS EXTREMELY STOKED WITH HOW GREAT THE HOUSE LOOKED.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE PRICE, THE CONVENIENCE, I WOULD JUST DO IT. THEY DID THEIR JOB WELL. I HAVEN'T HAD MANY HOUSEKEEPERS AND THEY DID IT JUST THE WAY I WANTED THEM TO.
